Returns policy

SHEIN returns policy is free and easy to use. You have 45 days to return your item and upload the returns tracking number. Here’s how to do it:

• Sign in to the SHEIN account that you placed the order with.

• Head to the returns section of the site and locate ‘start returns’.  

• Select the returns method you’d like to choose. You can choose to process your return with EVRI or Royal Mail.

• If you opt for using the free returns label, print it off and stick it to the outside of the sealed returns package and take it to the nearest parcel returns point.

• If you are using a QR code, simply show the code from your device at the drop off point.

Next day delivery
